How LenderBridge.ai Works
From your first form submission to lender approval, we manage every step so you never have to navigate the process alone.
Submit Your Intake Form
Fill out our secure intake form with your property address, mortgage lender, outstanding balance, and current foreclosure status. This helps us understand your situation before we contact your lender.
Pay the $195 Intake Fee
After submitting the form, you'll be directed to our secure Stripe payment page to pay the $195 flat intake fee. This covers the initial case review, hardship package preparation, and first lender contacts.
We Prepare Your Hardship Package
We compile all necessary financial documents, write a compelling hardship letter, and prepare the full short sale package required by lenders. We will contact you to gather any missing documents.
Lender Negotiation Begins
Our team submits your package to your lender's loss mitigation department and enters into active negotiation. We handle all lender communication, follow-ups, appraisal scheduling, and paperwork.
Short Sale Approval
Once the lender approves the short sale, we coordinate with your real estate agent to list and sell the property at an approved price. The sale satisfies your mortgage obligation.
Closure & Next Steps
After closing, you receive a formal deficiency waiver from your lender, protecting you from future collection. We provide guidance on rebuilding credit and your path forward.
